Hello! I am Sophie Bennett and I am a trained Reiki Practitioner and Teacher since 2020.

I offer Reiki Treatments and Reiki Training in the Nine Springs Clinics (Yeovil and Chard), and Online.

I have been on a self-study journey to manage my own life experiences that impacted my mental and physical health. Learning Reiki changed my life in the most profound way and I’m so happy to share this wonderful technique with you.
